[Bug]: checklist step is before plan or after??

In web doc, its before:https://github.github.com/spec-kit/quickstart.html
In lastest release(version 0.8.11), its said after...:
○ /speckit-checklist (optional) - Generate quality checklists to validate requirements completeness, clarity, and consistency (after /speckit-plan)
